About Angelina

Everyone deserves nutrition care that works within the realities of their life. Managing a chronic health condition can feel overwhelming, and making changes to your eating habits may seem even harder when you’re balancing work, family, finances, and the demands of everyday life. My goal is to make nutrition feel more approachable and less stressful.

Through telehealth appointments, we’ll work on creating a plan that considers what matters most to you—your schedule, access to food, family dynamics, cultural traditions, food preferences, symptoms, medications, lab values, allergies, and personal goals.

Outside of work, my husband and I are raising three energetic boys. I enjoy growing our own food and baking gluten-free for my family, which reminds me every day that healthy eating should be flexible, enjoyable, and realistic. I want you to leave our visits feeling informed, supported, and confident in your food choices because I believe the best nutrition plan isn’t the perfect one—it’s the one that fits your life.

Sincerely,

Angelina
